I never thought I’d see the day that all of the gyms were closed. And I don’t even go to a gym!! HA!
But I know a ton of people who do, in fact, I don’t know many who actually work out at home as I do. I’ve never understood it. Getting to the gym and paying for a gym membership just seemed like extra work and an unnecessary expense. But hey, to each their own. I don’t judge.
So, since I am a person who works out at home, I haven’t been affected much by our new quarantine. In fact, except having the kids home now to do the exercises with me, I haven’t been affected much at all.
Although, I didn’t see the toilet paper shortage coming. Nope. Did NOT see that one coming. I did create something fun for us all to remember this momentous occasion, get the Coronavirus Survivor 20...

Aside from wanting to know how I run so far, people are always wondering WHY I run so far.
It’s a valid question, I suppose. Unless you’re a runner and already understand.
Running isn’t just exercise. In fact, it’s probably less about exercise for me than it is about what it represents and how it makes me feel.
When I go for a run, I go to clear my mind. I go to feel free and let go of my responsibilities. I go because when I run, for those moments I can focus on just one task.
I juggle all day long. Not only am I a single mom of two kids, but I’m also a singer-songwriter, author and freelancer.
I wear many hats, I do many things. And throughout my day I’m usually doing 100 different things.
Running allows me to let that all go and just focus on one thing...
