How to Win Friends and Influence People Review

Have you ever had to deal with a difficult person? Or gotten in an argument over something likely to be petty, but at the time seemed extremely important?

Do you have difficulty making or keeping friends? Are you confused about how to handle a delicate subject with either a family member, employee, or client?

My guess is that you answered yes to probably all of those questions and I probably could have gone on all day with more questions that you would have answered yes to.

One of the hardest things to do when someone has hurt you or made you angry is to stay calm and forgive them. It is far too easy to let your emotions take over and unfortunately, this is probably the worst thing you can do.
