Gym Closed Due to Coronavirus?

I never thought I’d see the day that all of the gyms were closed. And I don’t even go to a gym!! HA!

But I know a ton of people who do, in fact, I don’t know many who actually work out at home as I do. I’ve never understood it. Getting to the gym and paying for a gym membership just seemed like extra work and an unnecessary expense. But hey, to each their own. I don’t judge.

So, since I am a person who works out at home, I haven’t been affected much by our new quarantine. In fact, except having the kids home now to do the exercises with me, I haven’t been affected much at all.

Enough of about toilet paper and Coronavirus memorabilia though, you are here because your gym is closed due to the coronavirus and you need something else to do. Right?

You probably want something fun. Something that doesn’t cost much and most importantly, something that’s going to keep you in shape while you wait for your gym doors to open again.

So, if you’re gym closed . . . do this instead: Metabolic Renewal

This program, created by Dr. Jade, is THE best workout program I have ever used. And since I’m a very fit and athletic person, and always have been, AND since I have gone to gyms before in my lifetime and done MOST other things you can do from home, that’s saying something.

If you are a parent, this program is also great for those kids who are going stir crazy, and oh, who also need a little fun exercise.

Metabolic Renewal is a program focused on women’s health, fitness, and metabolic makeup, but that being said . . . having used this program for over a year and also having worked out with men, I think this program can be beneficial for both men and women.

It is HARD. But at the same time, it allows you to modify it as needed for your own age and fitness level. It’s also only 3 days per week for 20 minutes. I actually started working out less ever since I found it, and yet I’m in better shape now than I was before. (Also saying something).

This program not only gave me the gift of time since I exercise less now, but it has made me stronger and healthier and more in balance than I’ve ever been.

And, since I can do it from home, it is convenient, financially friendly and fits into my life wherever I need it to. It especially fits now since we are encouraged to stay home.
